Maut ke aadaab aur us se muta'alliq chand du'aeñ
Maut ke muta'alliq ba'z aadaab aur du'aoñ ke baare meiñ
Waazeh rahe ke jab kisi par aasaar-e-maut zaahir hoñ to pehle woh shakhs jo apne haalaat meiñ mashghool ho woh khud safar-e-aakhirat ke liye tayyaar ho aur is safar ke liye toshah tayyaar kare aur pehli baat jis ka iqraar zaroori hai woh yeh hai ke gunaah ka e'tiraaf aur ghalati ka iqraar aur us par nadaamat aur mukammal taubah kare aur Khuda ki baargaah meiñ tazzarru' aur zaari karta rahe gunaahoñ se ke woh use bakhsh de aur us ke haalaat aur khauf se mehfooz rakhe, phir wasiyat ki taraf tawajjuh kare aur Khuda aur makhlooq ke huqooq adaa kare aur doosroñ par na chhoṛe kyuñ ke maut ke ba'd apne haath se ikhtiyaar nikal jaata hai.
Aisa na ho Shaytaan jinn-o-ins waswasah kareñ us ke wasi aur waarith ko aur rokeñ ke us ki zimmedaari reh jaaye aur us ke liye tadbeer na ho aur kahe ke mujh ko itna mauqa' do ke maiñ apne maal meiñ nek 'amal anjaam de sakooñ aur us se na suneñ aur hasrat wa nadaamat ka koi faa'idah na ho.
Phir ek tihaa'i (1/3) apna maal 'azeezoñ ke liye sadqah kare aur jo bhi apni haalat ke liye munaasib samjhe wasiyat kare kyuñ ke ek tihaa'i se ziyaadah ka haq nahiñ rakhta hai phir buraadaraan-e-eemaani se baraa'at-e-zimmah talab kare aur kisi ki ghaybat ki ho ya tauheen ya takleef di ho aur maujood hoñ to un ke halaale karne ki guzaarish kare aur agar maujood na hoñ to buraadaraan-e-eemaani se iltijaa kare ke yeh baraa'at-e-zimmah karaayeñ.
Phir apne 'ayaal wa atfaal ke umoor ko Khuda par tawakkul ke 'ilaawah kisi amaanat-daar par bhi chhoṛ de aur apni naa-baaligh awlaad ke liye wasi mu'aiyyan kare. Phir apne kafan ko muhayya kare aur shahadateiñ, 'aqaa'id, azkaar, ad'iyyah, aayateiñ jo ṭoolani kitaaboñ meiñ hain, jin ki is risaalah meiñ gunjaa'ish nahiñ hai.
Khaak-e-Shifaa Imam Husain 'alayhissalaam se likhne ki ta'keed kare kafan par aur yeh isi soorat meiñ hai ke pehle se ghaafil raha ho aur kafan ko tayyaar na kiya ho warna mo'min ko chaahiye ke hamesha apna kafan tayyaar rakhe aur apne paas maujood rakhe jaisa ke Imam Ja'far Sadiq 'alayhissalaam se manqool hai ke jis ka kafan us ke ghar meiñ ho us ko ghaaflon meiñ nahiñ likhte hain aur jab bhi is kafan ko dekhe ga to sawaab paaye ga aur us ke ba'd 'aurat, awlaad aur maal ki fikr meiñ na paṛe ga aur Khuda ki jaanib mutawajjih rahe, us ki yaad meiñ rahe aur ghaur kare ke yeh faani umoor kam na aayenge aur siwaa'e Khuda ke lutf aur marhamat ke dunya wa aakhirat meiñ koi fariyaad ko na pahuñche ga aur jab Khuda-e-'Alam par tawakkul kare ga to us ke umoor behtareen tareeqah se anjaam paayeñ ge.
Aur jaan le ke agar baaqi rahe ga to baghair Khuda ki mashiyyat ke koi faa'idah nahiñ pahuñcha sakta aur us se nuqsaan ko door nahiñ kar sakta aur woh Khuda jis ne unheiñ paida kiya hai woh sab se ziyaadah meherbaan hai aur is haal meiñ umeed ko lagaana chaahiye aur Khuda ki rahmat ki ziyaadah umeed rakhna chaahiye aur Rasool-e-Khuda sallallahu 'alayhi wa aalihi wa sallam aur A'immah Ma'soomeen 'alayhimussalaam ki shafa'at ki ziyaadah umeed rakhna chaahiye aur un ke aane ka muntazir rahe aur jaan lo yeh hazraat is waqt maujood rehte hain aur Malak-ul-Maut se sifaarish karte hain.
Shaykh Ṭoosi rahmatullahi 'alayhi ne Misbah-ul-Mutahajjid meiñ farmaaya ke mustahab hai insaan ke liye wasiyat karna aur is meiñ khalal karna ke riwaayat hai ke aadmi ke liye munaasib hai ke raat na aaye magar yeh ke wasiyat naamah us ke sarhaane maujood ho aur ta'keed ki gayi hai marz ki haalat meiñ aur apne ko un huqooq se jo us ke aur Khuda ke darmiyaan hoñ aazaad karaaye aur bandoñ ke huqooq se bhi.
