LADY AAMENA (S.A.) IN ABAWA

Abawa is a name of a village 13 miles from Juhfah. Lady Amina (s.a.), the mother of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) was returning from Medina to Mecca after visiting the grave of her husband Abdullah (a.s.) when she fell ill and passed away here. Her grave is famous in Abawa. It is recommended to recite the Ziyarat of Amina binte Wahab which is described in the section of Holy Places of Mecca.
