O Manifestly Existent,
وَّ يَا بَاطِنًا غَيْرَ مَفْقُوْدٍ
O never missing although immanent!
اُرْدُدْ عَلٰى عَبْدِكَ الضَّعِيْفِ اَيَادِيَكَ الْجَمِيْلَةَ عِنْدَهُ
Confer back Your excellent favors upon your weak servant
وَ اَذْهِبْ عَنْهُ مَا بِهِ مِنْ اَذْىً
and remove from him the harm from which he is suffering.
اِنَّكَ رَحِيْمٌ قَدِيْرٌ۔
Verily, You are All-merciful and Omnipotent.
