Doosroñ ke liye Istikharah karne ka hukm
Waazeh rahe ke Sayyid bin Taa'oos rahmatullahi 'alayhi ke ek kalaam ka khulaasah yeh hai ke mujhe is baare meiñ koi sarihi hadees nahiñ mil saki ke ek shakhs ke liye istikharah kare lekin aisi ahaadees ba-kasrat maujood hain jin meiñ mo'mineen ki haajaat ko poora karne ki ta'keed hai balkeh riwaayat meiñ buraadaraan-e-eemaani ke liye du'a karne ke itne fawaa'id bayaan kiye ga'e hain jin ke tazkirah ki koi zaroorat nahiñ hai.
Aur istikharah bhi mo'mineen ki unhiñ haajaat aur du'aoñ meiñ se hai ke jis shakhs se kisi ne istikharah karne ke liye kaha hai to goya us se ek haajat talab ki hai.
To jo shakhs istikharah dekh raha hai to woh apne liye yeh istikharah karna chaahta hai ke kya is meiñ bhalaa'i hai ya nahiñ ke us se yeh kahe ke use anjaam de ya anjaam na de ya jis ne istikharah karaaya hai us ke baare meiñ kahe ke is ke karne ya na karne meiñ maslahat hai ya nahiñ? Aur yeh woh cheez hai jo istikharah aur mo'min ki haajat poori karne ka hukm dene waali 'aam riwaayaat meiñ daakhil hai.
'Allamah Majlisi rahmatullahi 'alayhi ne farmaaya hai ke istikharah ke jawaaz meiñ Sayyid ka kalaam quwwat se khaali nahiñ hai khaas taur se us waqt jab naa'ib is baat ka iraadah kare ke woh istikharah karaane waale se yeh kahe ga ke anjaam do ya anjaam na do jaisa ke Sayyid ne us ki taraf ishaarah farmaaya hai aur yeh istikharah ko khaas riwaayaat meiñ daakhil karne ka ek heelah hai lekin awlaa aur ahwaṭ yeh hai ke saahib-e-istikharah apne liye khud istikharah kare kyuñ ke ham ne koi aisi riwaayat nahiñ dekhi hai jis meiñ istikharah ke liye wakaalat ka jawaaz maujood ho ke agar jaa'iz ya arjah hota to ashaab-e-a'immah 'alayhimussalaam se hatman sawaal karte aur agar sawaal hu'a hota to zaroor hamaare liye kam az kam ek hi riwaayat naql hoti aur phir muzṭarr aur majboor ki du'a jald qabool hoti hai. Is meiñ ziyaadah khuloos bhi paaya jaata hai.
